On February 20, 2026, a wellness session titled “Anti-Stress Yoga” was organized for teachers at Абай атындағы Жамбыл гуманитарлық жоғары колледжі. In today’s fast-paced world, along with professional expertise, a teacher’s inner balance and emotional well-being are of great importance.
During the session, participants practiced breathing techniques based on Hatha Yoga elements and performed exercises aimed at body relaxation, mental focus, and stress management.
The class was conducted by certified Hatha Yoga trainer M.Zh. Karibzhanova, who professionally explained the principles of proper breathing, muscle relaxation techniques, and ways to achieve inner harmony.
