On 29.03.2024, the Zhambyl humanitarian higher college named after Abai held a city competition "Zhas syrnayshi - 2024", organized in order to instill in schoolchildren and students a love for folk and professional musical works of art by increasing their performing abilities on Bayan and accordion instruments.
The competition was attended by 16 students aged 9-14 from art schools of Taraz, Baizak, Merken, Sarysu, Zhambyl districts and 11 students from 2,3,4 courses of the College of specialties "music education", "Instrumental Performance".
As a result, the main prize was won by Zaalmakan Zhandaulet, a student of the Igilik rural children's Art School of the sarysu District Department of education at the age of 9-11, Seitkhan Zhambyl, a student of the palace of schoolchildren of the Taraz Department of education of the akimat of Zhambyl region at the age of 12-14, Zhaliyev Nurdaulet in the specialty "music education", Rakhimberdiyev Kalmyrza in the specialty "Instrumental Performance".
