07.11.2024 At the Zhambyl Humanitarian Higher College named after Abai, together with the Center for the Development of Technical and Vocational Education of the Zhambyl Region, a regional competition of Pushkin readings “What is in your name?”, dedicated to the 225th anniversary of A.S. Pushkin, was held.
The event brought together the talented students of the 1st and 2nd courses of the colleges teaching in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the region, whose hearts beat with poetry. The competition was held in order to promote classical literature among young people, to develop students' expressive reading skills, and to influence the development of their creative potential.
Pushkin's creativity is multifaceted, so it is necessary to refer to his works as often as possible. A.S. Pushkin lived a short but bright life and left behind a great literary legacy that will be remembered for centuries.
