Master class on the topic "Using the traditions of world vocal schools and their influence on the development of vocal performance"
On February 17, 2023, a master class was held at the Center for Extracurricular Work and Children's Creativity of the Department of Education of the city of Taraz on the topic "Using the traditions of world vocal schools and their impact on the development of vocal performance" by the teacher, head of the subject-cycle commission "Singing and choral conducting" of the Zhambyl Higher Humanitarian College named after Abai Khudatayeva Z.A.
Purpose master- class:
-to acquaint teachers, music directors with the basic techniques of working with a child's voice;
- exchange of experience;
-career guidance work.
The participants of the master class gained knowledge about methods and techniques for the development of diaphragmatic breathing, the removal of vocal clamps, the development of diction. Teachers will be able to use the acquired knowledge in their practice on the formation of vocal and choral skills or compare their experience with the one presented at the master class.
Also, the participants of the master class got acquainted with the theory of vocal lessons, performed several practical exercises to warm up the voice, worked with facial expressions and honed the pronunciation of various sounds, talked about how important breathing is for a singer.
The meeting was fun and informative for absolutely everyone, the master class gave a lot of positive emotions. Teachers of the region thanked for the methodological assistance from the Zhambyl Higher Humanitarian College named after Abai.
