The assessment system for various competencies encompassed between 50 to 100 criteria. The outcomes of the demonstration exam were appraised using the electronic CIS system.
Following the demonstration exams, the graduates showcased authentic skills. As a result, they will be awarded a skills passport alongside their diploma, and a third document - a workbook detailing their work experience under the dual training system.
The Skills Passport is recorded in the database and is issued in the form of a certificate based on the results of the demonstration exam. This initiative aims to establish a clear training orientation and a definitive tool for acknowledging competence within the education system.
The Skills Passport enables employers to select the requisite specialists with specific skills. Furthermore, a specialist who obtains a skills passport can be confident in their professional demand.
