Two master classes on the technique and methodology of performing dance exercises were held at the Zhambyl Humanitarian Higher College named after Abai for students of the specialty "Choreographic Art ".
The first master class was conducted by a senior lecturer of the Department of Art and Culture of the M. H. Dulati Taraz Regional University, Master of Pedagogy Karamatullayeva H. E. on the topic "Methods of teaching folk stage dance at the machine", where she introduced the movements of Russian, Georgian dances and a full range of dance exercises on it.
The next master class was continued by the head of the regional song and dance ensemble "Boztorgai", a member of the republican society of choreographers Khodzhanov A. Zh. on the topic "Methodology of Uzbek dance and its features". Positions and basic exercises of hand and foot movements of five Uzbek dance schools were demonstrated.
At the end of the master class, organized to explain not only the style of dance, but also the complex subtleties of the profession, the students shared their impressio.
