From February 13 to February 15, 2023 year a week was held on the theme "Art is a precious treasure", organized by teachers of the SCC "Decorative and Applied Arts".
On February 13, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the state symbols of Kazakhstan, an exhibition of teachers and students on the theme "High Kazakhstan" was held. 93 creative works of students and teachers were put on it.
On February 14, a creative competition was held among college students "Great Personalities of the Great Steppe" on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of R. Baglanova, the 125th anniversary of the birth of M. Auezov and the 150th anniversary of the birth of A. Baitursynov. The competition was attended by 26 students who received prizes and letters of appreciation.
On February 15, on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the birth of D.A.Konaev, a city seminar was held on the topic “Good deeds and achievements of D.A.Konaev”. The seminar began with a visit to the Zhambyl regional branch of the D.A.Konaev International Foundation, laying a wreath at the monument to D.A.Konaev and worshiping his spirit.
The head of the D.A. Konaev Center Bekzat Nurlankyny, the deputy chairman of the Zhambyl regional branch of the D.A. Konaev Foundation, Zhanabai Millionov, the editor of the Gumyr Darya newspaper took part in the seminar and shared their thoughts.
