Regional Traditional 16th Abai Readings Successfully Held at the Zhambyl Humanities High College Named After Abai.
The event brought together talented students from various colleges across the region.
The competition was conducted in the following categories:
- Recitation of Abai’s poems from memory;
- Recitation of selected excerpts from Abai’s prose;
- “The Educational Message of the Poet’s Poems.”
Objectives of the competition included:
- promoting Abai’s literary heritage among students;
- supporting young talents and fostering interest in literary arts;
- developing speech culture and promoting national spiritual values.
Competition Results:
🏆 1st Place – Beibarys Ashirbayev, Merki College . №9
2nd Place – Ayym Amangeldi, Zhambyl Humanitarian Higher College named after Abai,
Madina Bekbolatova, Education College
3rd Place – Zhaniya Rashid, Zhambyl Innovative Higher College, Almira Elyubai, Taraz Specialized College, Quralai Musaeva, Qulan Agro-Technical Higher College.
The winners were awarded diplomas and received commemorative gifts.
