The direction of educational work is to train a highly intellectually developed, tolerant specialist of a new type-a Kazakh patriot who has a strong spiritual foundation through the relationship of society, college and family, who can fly freely in the world space, who loves his language and land.
The purpose of educational work is to educate a comprehensively and harmoniously developed person on the basis of Universal and national values.
Tasks of educational work:
1.promote the formation of a citizen and Patriot capable of living in a new democratic society; the formation of a political, legal and anti-corruption culture of the individual; the growth of legal consciousness of children and young people, their readiness to resist manifestations of cruel and violent violence in the child and youth environment.

Priority areas of educational work:
The first direction is Kazakhstan's patriotism and civic education, legal education
Purpose: formation of a citizen and Patriot capable of living in a new democratic society; political, legal and anti-corruption culture of the individual; legal consciousness of children and young people, their readiness to resist cruelty and violence in the child and youth environment.
The second direction is spiritual and moral education
Goal: to form spiritual, moral and ethical principles, moral qualities and views of the individual in harmony with the universal values, norms and traditions of the life of Kazakhstan's society.
The third direction is National Education
Purpose: orientation of the individual to national and universal values, education of respect for the native language and the state language, the culture of the Kazakh people, ethnic groups and ethnic groups in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The fourth direction is Family Education
Goal: to educate parents, increase their psychological and pedagogical competence and responsibility in raising children.
The fifth direction is Labor, economic and environmental education
Goal: formation of a conscious attitude of the individual to professional self-determination, development of economic thinking and environmental culture.
The sixth direction is intellectual education, education of Information Culture

Goal: to create the educational space of educational organizations as a multicultural environment of self-identification of the individual, to form the skills of universal cultural behavior of the individual in society, to develop his readiness to perceive, master and evaluate aesthetic objects in art and reality.
The eighth direction is physical education, healthy lifestyle.
Article 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan defines that the Republic of Kazakhstan has state symbols-the flag, coat of arms and Anthem, and Article 34 defines that everyone is obliged to respect state symbols. For this purpose, the national flag, the National Emblem and the text of the anthem in the state language are placed in the foyer of the special college. In the building of the College, the National Flag is sewn in the size of 1x2 meters, providing illumination in the dark.
The flag and coat of arms are also placed in the Office of the head of the college. On the sign with the name of the College, the State coat of arms is placed in a new pattern. The college has established a standing committee for the replacement and destruction of the National Flag and coat of arms.
Social service center
The social service center conducts explanatory work for students of the College from low-income and large families, disabled, orphans and students left without parental care, preparing the necessary documents.

Prevention of crime prevention
Prevention of juvenile delinquency is one of the most important conditions for preventing crime in society. It is a requirement of the time to form a sincere attitude to legal, socially beneficial activities and society, to educate the younger generation on principles that prevent criminal activity.
Legal education is provided to students on the basis of the Constitution, state symbols and laws, legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The annual plan of the Council of legal education of the college is formed jointly with the city Department of internal affairs. In order to educate students in a legal culture and equip them with legal knowledge, educational hours and meetings with representatives of the law are held. The college has a council of legal education.
The crime prevention council ensures the effectiveness of crime prevention among students. Underage students consider the Charter of the college and the Prevention of anti-social actions.
In order to implement these issues, the Convention on the rights of the child, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on minors, the law on education were presented at the meeting with students of the 1st year. Explanatory work was carried out on the responsibility of students in articles 132, Article 133, Article 134, article 442, article 448 of the law on minors of the state educational standard.
In the 2020-2021 academic year, on the basis of the action plan for legal education work aimed at preventing offenses among students of the College, in September, the deputy director for educational work and the heads of departments, as well as the sociologist and psychologist of the College, organized a meeting with the territorial inspector in order to prevent offenses among underage students. Monitoring of academic performance and discipline of students is carried out on a monthly basis. Under the responsibility of the head of the library, a corner "crime prevention" is organized in the college library. Based on the Prevention of offenses and crimes, students brought up in a dysfunctional family are determined by a College sociologist and a college psychologist during the year.
In order to improve legal literacy and prevent crime, measures are being taken according to the plan.
Psychological Service Center
The purpose of the college Psychological Service Center is to check the socio-psycho-pedagogical characteristics of students and observe their microenterprises, living conditions, needs and interests, quickly provide assistance and support in times of difficulties and problems, deviations in behavior; as well as work with teachers, parents or people who replace them.
Today's student is tomorrow's specialist. The organization of relations between the teacher and students in determining the pedagogical and psychological problems of managing the learning process requires the presence of theoretical knowledge of the teacher. Professional and pedagogical functions of the future specialist: constructive, organizational, communicative, developmental, informational, research. Specialists trained in an educational institution should have a high level of knowledge. After all, this requirement should define the content of education in each specialty as a relatively unified field of knowledge. The main task is to master the complex content of Education, implement the current principles of organizing the educational process, the pedagogical process, that is, the interrelated and mutually coordinated activities of teachers and students.
In the direction of psychodiagnostics, between September and October, students of the 1st year asked: "what is your level of adaptation?"a survey was conducted. Goal: to determine the level of compliance of students of the 1st year with the rules of training and teaching staff of the college. The questionnaire includes 10 Questions. As a result, it was found that the relationship between the group leaders and the students in the group is at a good level, and the students come to the lesson in a good mood. According to the overall result, the indicator of the level of adaptation is shown in diagram # 1 below, as a result of which we learn the behavior of students and students ' interest in classes, mood at the time of arrival at the college. Some students indicated that the college rules were too strict (3%).
Additional work is carried out with some students. In particular, interviews, consultations, etc., as well as various training seminars are held. Individual consultations are carried out with students who show an average level of fatigue and stress, explanations and conversations are conducted with the parents of some students.
In the direction of psychological counseling (counseling) work
Based on the results of diagnostics and at the request of the administration, correctional work is carried out with students to solve common problems that have arisen.
During the meeting with parents of first-year students, group meetings on the topic "Otbasy Altyn - dengegim", questionnaires, psychodiagnostic, psychoprophylactic, psychocorrective and counseling work are conducted in order to prevent Autodegradable behavior and suicide.
The level of adaptability of the first-year students
The committee on Youth Affairs is working on the basis of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on State Youth Policy", the concept of the state youth policy "Kazakhstan 2020: the way to the future" for 2020. The purpose of the youth policy: education of students in the spirit of Kazakhstan's patriotism, formation of a sense of love and respect for the motherland, self-government of students, development of youth movements in the spirit of patriotism, Organization of the structure of events on this basis. One of the main tasks is to create conditions for obtaining cultural and spiritual education, full-fledged professional and physical development of young people, participation in the decision-making process, successful socialization and further development of their society. Civil law and responsibility occupy one of the main places in the system of Kazakhstan's law. This sphere regulates a large part of the relations that are formed in civil society.
The law on youth policy provides that young people cover the age range from 14 to 29 years. Today, the number of students at the college is 944. in general, the youth of the college is 1031 students.
This academic year, various events were held to implement the program of Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev "looking to the future:modernization of public consciousness". In addition, in accordance with the instructions of the next address of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K.Tokayev, a number of events were organized. Also, events related to the quarantine measures announced in the country and the transition of students to distance learning were organized in an online format.
Activities of clubs and clubs.
Today, circle work is of great importance in the activation of educational work. The circle is a form of training that forms the basis of education, expands the knowledge of students and contributes to the knowledge of their abilities. The work of the circle on the protection of national art, folk art, instilling in the younger generation such high qualities as virtue, morality, morality, useful and effective leisure activities of students is very important for the younger generation.
