On October 23, 2024, the Zhambyl Humanitarian Higher College named after Abai hosted the regional scientific and theoretical conference "Жасампаз Жамбыл өңірім", dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Zhambyl region, organized by the Center for the Development of Technical and Vocational Education of the Department of Education of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
The conference was attended by Candidate of Historical Sciences of M. H. Dulati Taraz University, Professor B. A. Dzhursinbayev, PhD A. Serubaeva, master Z. S. Seidan, researchers of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve of Monuments of Ancient Taraz M. Mananbaevna, Alimkhanova U. H.
In three sections: "the history of a deep, instructive region", "The history of Zhambyl - one of the secrets of the history of the Great Steppe","historical figures of Zhambyl " more than 50 students from organizations of technical and vocational education in the region.
